It's not linear, and it doesn't fit into a single job title. But it makes perfect sense once you understand what drives me.

2024 – 2025

Coming full circle

Graduated from the Master of Arts in European Transformation and Integration at the College of Europe in Tirana, Albania, with thesis on Digital Transformation of Public Administration.

2023 – 2024

Project management and coding

I became as Software Consultant at Imperium Code, including IT Project management and hands-on software development, after completing a 9-week coding bootcamp at Le Wagon in Zurich.

2020 – 2022

Berlin: thriving in chaos

At Gorillas Technologies, became Product Operations Manager during hypergrowth and international expansion. At Arive, I applied Agile methodologies (Scrum, opportunity scoring, KPI monitoring) to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership.

2019 – 2020

The entrepreneurial detour

Pursued digital entrepreneurship at Université Sorbonne Paris Nord. Worked at Fempo as IT Project Coordinator, deploying Odoo ERP. Moved to Berlin to found a startup.

2017 – 2019

Master's in International Public Management

Continued at Sciences Po Paris for a Master of Arts. Served as Event Manager at Young European Federalists (JEF).

2016

Cultural immersion in China

Studied Modern Chinese Culture and language at Nanjing University. Volunteered as an English teacher with AIESEC.

2014 – 2017

The foundation

Started at Sciences Po Paris, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences and Humanities, focusing on Central and Eastern European Studies. Actively participated in the Young European Federalists (JEF).
